Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of Choose You Raffles, their immediate family members, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these criteria or who we reasonably believe has breached these Terms.

Paid online entries may be made via our website during the competition period. The ticket price, maximum tickets per person, draw date, and total available tickets are clearly stated on each competition page.

Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted. Payment must be made in full at the time of entry. Submitting an entry does not guarantee a winning outcome.

Each paid entry is subject to a correctly answered skill-based question (see Section 4). Entries submitted with an incorrect answer will not be valid and will not receive a ticket number.

No purchase is necessary to enter any Competition. A free postal entry route is available for every Competition and carries exactly the same chance of winning as a paid online entry.

To enter by post, write your full name, home address, date of birth, email address, the name and draw date of the Competition you wish to enter, and your answer to the skill-based question on a plain piece of paper or postcard. Send one entry per envelope to:

Postal entries must be received no later than 5 days before the advertised draw date. Multiple entries in a single envelope will be disqualified. We accept no responsibility for postal entries lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

One free postal entry is permitted per Competition per person per envelope. Bulk postal entries and mechanically produced entries are not permitted.

To comply with UK competition law and ensure our promotions are classified as competitions rather than lotteries, all entries require a correct answer to a straightforward skill-based question.

The question will be displayed clearly on the competition entry page and on our free postal entry instructions. Only entries with a correct answer will be eligible for the draw. The question is designed to be answerable by any adult member of the UK public.

Upon successful submission of a valid entry with a correct skill-based answer, you will be allocated one unique ticket number per entry. Your ticket number(s) will be confirmed by email and displayed in your account under My Tickets.

Ticket numbers are your proof of entry. We recommend you retain all confirmation emails. We cannot be held responsible for failure to receive a confirmation email due to incorrect contact details provided at registration or spam filtering.

The prize draw will take place on or around the advertised draw date. A guaranteed winner will be drawn for every Competition regardless of the number of tickets sold.

The winning ticket number is selected using a verified random number generator. All draws are broadcast live on our website and social media channels, and a recording is made available within 24 hours of the draw.

All draws are independently witnessed and audited. The decision of the draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

All prize values are independently verified and stated clearly on each competition page at the time of listing. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless expressly stated.

Where a stated prize is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners will be notified of any substitution prior to prize fulfilment.

Physical prizes (vehicles, electronics, etc.) will be delivered to the winner’s registered UK address within 14 working days of identity verification. Cash prizes will be transferred to the winner’s nominated UK bank account within 5 working days of verification.

Winners are solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from receiving a prize.

Winners will be notified by email and telephone using the contact details provided at registration within 24 hours of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify the winner and draw an alternative winning ticket.

We may require winners to provide proof of identity, age, and UK residency before a prize is awarded. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated timeframe may result in disqualification.

Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the Competition. Participation in publicity is at the winner’s discretion; refusal will not affect prize fulfilment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choose You Raffles excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in any Competition or from inability to participate due to technical failure, website downtime, or any other cause outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Personal data collected in connection with Competitions will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We will not share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfil a prize or comply with legal obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from a Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to Competitions opened after the date of amendment.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
